Hello and thank you for visiting my personal instructor page! I am excited that you are researching all of the pregnancy and birthing options available to you. My hopes for you as a Bradley Method® teacher is for you to feel supported, empowered, and educated in your journey as a parent. Regardless if you are carrying your first or your fifth child, you deserve the knowledge and power to make informed choices for the health of you and your little one!
Each series of my Bradley Method classes couples can expect to enjoy a fun and relaxed learning environment. Some of the things couples can expect to gain from taking a series of classes with me would be:
- Mastering a variety of relaxation and pain-coping techniques
- Information about making birth plans and choosing care providers
- Effective and practical partner involvement
- Informed decision making
- Information and tools to maintain a low-risk pregnancy, the corner stone to every natural birth
- Information and preparation for breastfeeding and family bonding
- Interactive games, videos, and group discussions
Each series I can only accept 5 couples(a expecting woman, her husband, boyfriend, wife, mother, or other chosen birth partner) so early registration is advised!
