Welcome to The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth.  I am a special education specialist with my doctoral degree in Education from Harvard University. 

Bradley Method® classes enabled me to give birth painlessly and euphorically to both my children, who are now bright, creative, energetic teenagers.  I want to help you achieve the natural, healthy, and happy childbirth experience you want.

Success Rates:  90% of my students with vaginal births use no pain medication, 80% of my students achieve a vaginal birth, 88% of my students achieve a spontaneous birth, 92% of my students avoid induced labor, and 100% of my students express high satisfaction with the class.
 

Small group and private classes offered in 12 weekly sessions scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle.  Registration includes classes plus student workbook, prizes, resource materials, lending library, Infant CPR training, follow-up support, coaching certification upon course completion, and 24-7 access to instructor. 

Through hands-on activities, audio-visual presentations, demonstrations, and individualized instruction, you and your coach will learn:  the anatomy, physiology and psychology of pregnancy and childbirth, effective exercise and labor relaxation techniques, nutrition guidelines, consumer information about prenatal care and delivery options, breastfeeding, and newborn care. 

Doulah (Birth Attendant) services are available. 

Extensive print, audio, and film lending library on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, infant care, and prenatal yoga is provided, featuring the most recent research findings.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
