I am the mother of three girls, all born naturally using Bradley techniques. I believe that childbirth is a natural process and I believe in the ability of a woman's body to birth naturally. It is my aim to empower women and their partners through education and to support their choices for the perfect birth of their baby, as they define it. I also offer doula support to students.
I attended my first birth in Anchorage, AK in 2006 - it was that of my oldest daughter and it changed me forever. After quitting my job as a helicopter pilot I found myself juggling duties as a stay-at-home mom with my newborn baby. We soon returned to my husband Luke's home-state of Montana and happily settled in Helena. We've since had two more daughters: Adeline "Sparks" in 2008 and Clara in 2011. We're an active family that navigates the challenges of nordic and alpine skiing, mountain biking, rafting, backpacking, and trying to catch some SLEEP with three little ones. Every day is filled with adventure!
I have been teaching Bradley classes in Helena since 2008 and have been honored to attend many births of students and friends. I do my best to offer a balanced perspective on giving birth and to help you make your own decisions on how and where you'll be most comfortable doing it.
