Classes sometimes fill quickly, as space limits me to five couples. In each series, I teach the natural process of birth, share information on how to avoid unnecessary labor pain and ways to handle positive pain. Coaches gain labor support tools by learning how to support a mother in pregnancy and how to be her advocate during labor and birth. Small classes provide individual attention, information for the mother and coach on nutrition, exercise, labor and birth, relaxation practice, labor rehearsals, birth plan preparation, breastfeeding, baby-wearing, and much more!

January 7- February 25 (for due dates in Mar, Apr or May)
April 1 - May 20 (for due dates in June, July, August)
July 9 - Aug 27 (for due dates Sept, Oct, Nov)*
Sept 30 - Nov 18 (for due dates Dec, Jan, Feb)
