Welcome to my website! Thank you for your interest in my Bradley Method® classes. Interactive classes are held in my home in Pickerington and are small with lots of individual attention. I have many visual teaching aids. I teach about healthy pregnancy and the natural process of birth. I share information on how to avoid unnecessary pain and ways to handle positive pain. Partners are taught how to support a mother in pregnancy and how to be her advocate and coach during labor and birth. We discuss the choices you have in pregnancy, child birth, and postpartum and how to write a birth plan. My goal is for parents to feel confident enough to help make decisions about their birth.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
