Anna and Justin have two locations from which we teach The Bradley Method® 12 week class series. We teach out of the Grant Park area in Atlanta (near Turner Field and the Zoo) and from our home in Tyrone, which is about 30 minutes south of the city (just next door to Peachtree City).
Our next class will start May 6th meeting at 3:00PM on Sundays from our home in Tyrone.
The Bradley Method ® classes teach good nutrition and exercises for a healthy mother and baby. The classes will provide relaxation practice and strategies for pain management. We will go over the different types of drugs used in many labors, their risks, and how to avoid them. You will be well equipped to make choices about your birth plan so you can have the healthiest, best birth experience possible. Being well educated and preparing yourselves for the birth of your child is one of the best gifts you can give your new little one!
