If you are seeking a natural childbirth, you are in the right spot! Hi! I'm glad that you're here. My name is Annie and I am a Bradley Certified Childbirth Educator, a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) since 2008 and perhaps most importantly, the mother of four.
Classes will focus on preparing mother and partners for childbirth by addressing key basics so that mother and baby can have the proper support before, during, and after delivery. My personal birth experience includes a medicated hospital birth, a natural hospital birth, and two un-medicated homebirths. Because each of my births were unique, I bring an open mindedness to work with expectant parents to develop a birth plan that best suits their needs and offers encouragement to parents seeking the best outcome for their family.
The well-developed syllabus will focus on preparing expectant parents for labor. While the foundational topics in the list below make up the core of the course it also encompasses individual concerns and questions partners bring with them.
