My husband, Aaron, and I have two beautiful children, both Bradley® babies! I believe women who have the desire to give birth naturally CAN! However, it does take proper training, just as it would to run a marathon! Giving birth to my children was by far the greatest, most awesome, and cherishing experience of my life. I look forward to helping you achieve the birth that YOU desire to have and enjoy!
My first child, a girl, was born in 2005 at St. Luke's Hospital in San Antonio with a wonderful midwife. Having a natural birth changed me forever, giving me a sense of confidence and empowerment that transferred into motherhood. My son was born four years later in a quick natural birth! I look so warmly on the births of my children that I want to help others to learn how to have the birth that they desire to have.
My background is in education. I taught first grade bilingual in Boerne ISD before I became the director of St. Boniface Episcopal Preschool in Comfort, Texas creating a developmentally appropriate environment. I now stay home with my children and teach parent education classes. We have a small Pygmy and Nigerian Dwarf Goat Farm and get to witness their natural births each year! My family loves to swim, hike, bike, camp, backpack, and pretty much do anything outdoors!
