Congratulations on your decision to give birth as nature intended.  The best way to give birth "normally" is "naturally".  I have been a proud Bradley teacher since 1987, inspired by the birth of the first of my three naturally born children. I have since guided hundreds of couples through this challenging and joyful journey here on Long Island.

I am committed to providing an up-to-date, non-judgmental and thought-provoking education.  This is a "thinking couples" childbirth education class! I look forward to sharing with you the wisdom of birth and breastfeeding that I have gained over the years.

My class size is limited to 6 couples.  The course is offered in my home in Roslyn.  It is a comfortable, intimate setting, designed to enhance the learning experience. I am also available for private and refresher classes.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
