It is a tremendous blessing for me to be able to share the miracle of the natural birth process with you. 

My husband, Matt, and I are the proud parents of two beautiful "Bradley Babies".  I have had natural birth experiences in a hospital with an obstetrician as well as in a hospital-based birth center attended by a midwife.  While each of my births are unique - they both were made possible by the effectiveness of The Bradley Method®.  It is because of this effectiveness and my passion for seeing couples achieve their desires and goals for their birth that I teach natural childbirth classes.  Most of all, I am passionate about helping women find their innate, inner strength and their great potential during birth.

As your instructor, it is my desire to not only educate you about the natural birth process, but to encourage and empower you as a couple to make the choices for your labor and birth that are right for you.  Through this education, encouragement, and empowerment, you will be prepared for a joyous and incredible experience that will forever shape you and bond you together as a couple and family.

I look forward to talking with you about my Bradley classes and how I can help and empower you to achieve the joyful birth experience you desire. 

Depending on the class series you choose, classes either meet weekly on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm in my Cedar Park home or Sunday evenings from 4-6pm at Elite Chiropractic in northwest Austin. 

Classes are fun & relaxed.  Informative DVD's are presented and couples participate in discussion, learning activities, labor rehearsals, and relaxation practices.

I am always available to offer support or answer questions between classes, during labor, and postpartum.

Space is limited and class sizes are kept small for more individual attention and, therefore, fill up very quickly.  Make sure to reserve your spot in class early -- you don't want to miss your chance! 

Class Fee = $275
Includes official Student Workbook, student folder with additional handouts, and access to my lending library (including books, magazines, & dvd's).  A $60 deposit is required to register for and hold your space in class.
