Christina teaches classes in our home in Elon, NC. Brian shares his knowledge and experience as a coach during classes 4 and 11. Students are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring pillows and blankets as much of our class takes place on the floor. Each class is about 2 hours in duration.
Each student will receive a student workbook at the beginning of the class series. The cost of a 12 week class is $300. (We will never turn anyone away due to cost of classes. If payment is an issue for you, please call and we will work something out.)
I also offer doula services and private classes at your convenience if the schedule of classes below does not match your due date. The cost of private classes is $400.
