Spring 2013 Traditional Bradley Classes
For due dates late summer through autumn of 2013.

**Sign up early and come to as many classes as you want until the birth at no extra cost!**
Group classes will be held at Kaleidoscope Learning Center, located at 27 Main Street in Blairstown NJ. There is ample parking. Childcare for older siblings may be available on premises with advanced notice at an additional cost.
During our time together we will cover information to aid
you in keeping healthy during your pregnancy so you can have the birth you
want. Classes are intentionally small so
that each couple will receive individual attention and have their concerns
addressed. Topics include relaxation, the
labor and birth process, exercise, informed consent, nutrition, coaching, birth
plans, labor support techniques, massage, visualizations, breastfeeding, the
postpartum period, and anything else you wish to discuss. I use visual aids, videos, and hands on activities
in my sessions.

- The Bradley Method® Student Workbook
- Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way
by Susan McCutcheon
- Husband-Coached Childbirth by Robert A. Bradley, M.D.
- The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding by La Leche League
International
- A list of local resources, many handouts, goodies, and
giveaways, and access to my lending library of birth, parenting and
breastfeeding books and dvds.
I offer discounts for two or more couples signing up
together, and repeat customers.
Weekend only classes, sibling preparation classes, breastfeeding
classes, Doula services, private in-home instruction, and other arrangements
available at an additional cost. Contact
