My husband Ian and I went through Bradley classes here in Tucson during both of my pregnancies. After completing the first series of classes my blood squeamish husband was so well educated and prepared for the birth of our first baby that we switched our birth plan to my dream of a homebirth.
Complications did arise but we were prepared and knew that we had done all we could to pursue a natural birth for our first baby. Our first birth resulted in an emergency C-section.
We knew when we became pregnant the second time that retaking the Bradley classes would help us prepare for attempting a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean).
It did just that and our second birth was a successful VBAC and natural Bradley birth.
We are so grateful for the knowledge The Bradley Method has given us. As an instructor I can now pass on the knowledge that has ment so much to us and the healthy birth of our children.
