Weekly group classes are held on Thursday evenings. Please call for schedules and locations. Group classes are held in Indianapolis & Carmel. Classes are ongoing and fill quickly. 

I also specialize in private classes for couples with busy, hectic schedules. Please contact me for more information. Review classes are also available and are based on a 12 week class.

Ava Grace Marie was born October 20 @ 4:29 am, 7lbs 13oz, 21 in. Cory had to persuade me to go to the hospital b/c I was not convinced I was in active labor, and thank goodness he did b/c when I got there I was dilated inbetween 7-8 cm. My water didn't break until the first time I pushed when I was 10 cm. Aside from a second degree tear it was the ideal birth. Thank you for teaching us proper relaxation techniques to make a natural childbirth possible for us. She is such a beautiful blessing.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
