When should I start
going to classes? I suggest that you start your classes between
the 18th and 25th week of your pregnancy. The class
series is 12 weeks long, so starting closest to the 20th week is best so you are able to be in
the class the entire time and so you get the most out of the exercises and
nutritional information in order to stay low-risk.
