Kyle and I have 7 children!  We had our first Bradley birth with baby #4.  After attending a friends home birth who had used The Bradley Method® we were inspired to try it ourselves.  We had a successful natural childbirth at home.  It was the most beautiful experience we'd had.  The Bradley Method® enabled us to experience what a normal process birth is and can be.  The first few births were at the hospital, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but poor Kyle wasn't sure how to help me or what to do although he wanted to.  The pregnancies for those babies were non-eventful and sometimes not very healthy.  The babies themselves required a lot of special attention afterwards because of all of the unnecessary interventions and sometimes I didn't get to have my babies back for hours after the birth.

While taking The Bradley Method® we learned about good nutrition, exercise and relaxation and were able to connect (even with 3 babies at home) in a way that brought us closer together.  Even during the last few months of the pregnancy I felt as though we were working as a team.  For the first time my husband, whom I loved dearly, was actually involved and interested in the daily happenings of the pregnancy and the baby.  We looked forward to our weekly classes because it was a time we could come together after a hectic week/weekend and bond over the new life that we had created.

Baby #5 was our 2nd Bradley birth and it was just as awesome as the first experience.   Kyle was a fantastic coach and knew what to do and how to do it during the pregnancy, the labor and the birth.  He got to catch a baby for the second time!  Talk about an awesome experience to share together.

Baby #6 was born September 11, 2013 at Culpeper hospital.  We transferred there after prolonged ruptured of membranes (30+ hours).  We were able to have a successful natural "accidental" water birth.  It was fantastic!

Baby #7 was just born May 4, 2015 via emergency c-section due to placental abruption at 33 weeks.  He is home now and again we are so thankful for our experience and knowledge to get us through this entire process!

After multiple successful experiences we were motivated to educate and teach couples what we had recently learned to love.  We wanted husbands to experience the blessing of being hands on and included in an event that they had helped to create.
