Please enjoy an article I wrote about a Bradley student.
My interest in labor and birth started in the seventh grade as I sat at the kitchen table listening to my Mother’s friend talk about her birth experience. I knew at that moment the type of birth experience I was going to have. I was also inspired by the birth experiences of my Grandmother. These moments in time eventually lead me right to Dr. Bradley. The births of both of my girls are two very different and wonderful stories. I hope I get to tell you about them, such fun memories. Thanks Dr. Bradley for your passion for natural childbirth; this passion has influenced my life, the lives of my children and I hope, one day, the lives of my grandchildren. Over 30 years working in the birthing community has been a blessing. I love it.
My daughter, Jesse, wrote me a sweet note thanking me for giving her the heritage of natural childbirth!
I am an independent childbirth educator and doula in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth. I am not employed by a midwifery or medical facility of any kind. My labor support Bradley doula services are available to my students and to any student who completed a series of The Bradley Method®.
Exit I-25 onto South Broadway keep going South on Broadway, pass Antique Row and the class is near the 2300 block of South Broadway in Denver, Colorado. My classes are in a lovely private room in a church education building. The locations in Colorado are close to Englewood and easy to get to from Littleton, Lakewood, Denver, and even Evergreen, Golden or Boulder.
If you call and hear a talking dog on my voice mail you know you have the right number.
