Hello!

I'm Kelsey Schwartz. About half way through my Bradley Method® Class in 2011 I seriously began considering teaching and after the birth of my first child I knew this was what I wanted to do. I became fully affiliated with AAHCC in 2012 and am looking forward to many years of helping expectant parents welcome their new family members!

MY BIRTH EXPERIENCE:

On September 23rd, 2011 my life changed forever. With my husband Thomas by my side we welcomed our little girl, Olivia, into the world...naturally. She arrived at 3:13pm and we were home by 7:00pm (just one of the many advantages to having a non-medicated birth). Despite being pregnant for 41 weeks and 4 days, over 42 hours of labor and several minor complications, I describe my birthing experience as "wonderful...wouldn't have done it any other way!". The Bradley Method® prepared us for anything and without the knowledge I obtained in class I believe I would not have been able to get through labor without intervention.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
