Go Natural!
The Bradley Method® helped me achieve a natural birth baby!  The birth of my first baby was the most profound experience of my life. In that moment I joined the generations of mothers who labored in sweat, blood, and pain, but with immense strength and resolve, to bring forth their children into this world. And from that moment, I was in love with my precious baby. I would do it again in a heartbeat. And, I did do it again -- my second baby was also a Bradley baby. I'm so thankful for this method.

Women have been giving birth since the dawn of our species.  Childbirth is an amazing natural and normal process which, in most cases, can occur without medical interventions such as pain medication, epidural, cesarian section. There are numerous benefits, both to the mother and the baby, of a natural birth.  Sure, it can be scary, and undoubtedly painful, but with the proper preparation and labor support, it can be done!

The Bradley Method® of natural childbirth classes emphasize the importance of continuous labor support from a loving partner, along with relaxation techniques for pain management, and extensive information about the labor process. The Bradley Method is the most comprehensive birth preparation class around and is great for anyone, whether you are planning to give birth in a hospital, home birth, or birth center, and whether you are planning a natural birth or not.

Each class series consists of 12 meetings that are 2 hours 15 min long. I recommend you begin when you are between 20-26 weeks pregnant to ensure you complete the course before your baby arrives!
