Having had four babies naturally without pain medication using the The Bradley Method®, I am a firm and enthusiastic believer in the benefits of a Husband Coached Childbirth! By educating yourselves as a couple about what you are about to experience in birth and beyond, you are giving your family the best possible start! Classes will leave you fully prepared and confident in yourself and your birth plan.

The Bradley Method® will teach Couples:
- Proper nutrition for healthy mom and healthy baby
- How the body works and changes during pregnancy
- Exercises to prepare the body for labor
- Relaxation techniques to aid in a normal labor and birth
- The stages of labor, emotional signposts and possible interventions
- How to create a birth plan and pick a birth team
- The benefits of breastfeeding
- Basic postpartum and baby care
The Bradley Method® will teach Coaches:
- To feel confident in their knowledge of all topics related to pregnancy, birth and their role during each stage of birth
- To be an advocate for mom with medical personnel and make informed decisions
- To be quipped with effective comfort measures for mom during labor and birth
- To encourage and support the natural process of birth and also to handle complications or decisions that may arise.
- The importance of their support and encouragement and how to ease any anxieties they may have about birth or breastfeeding.

Classes Available:
- 12 Week Bradley Method® Program: 6 couples MAX per session, $300 per couple, $50 registration fee to reserve spot & the remaining balance due by first class
This program is 12 consecutive weeks in order to train both your body and your mind for birth. It is ideal to start the class at the beginning of your 5th month of pregnancy, but you can start earlier. You and your spouse (or birth coach) will complete this course feeling confident and prepared for the Birth Day of your beautiful child (or children)! The Bradley Method’s® goal is to equip couples for a natural, unmedicated, beautiful birth experience. It trains the husband (or partner) to be the primary coach of the mother, which not only strengthens their bond, but also the bonds between them and their children. Come and join a community of couples as we learn and grow together through this amazing season of pregnancy!
- These 12 classes are the best in-person, but should a scheduling conflict arise or your husband or partner is not able to join you for a class, online hybrid classes are available upon request!

- Healthy Pregnancy Class (FREE):
This is a 2 hour class offered throughout the year and is designed for those early on in pregnancy. Come and learn important ways to have a healthy and low risk pregnancy! We will cover what to expect during each trimester, essential pregnancy exercises that will prepare your body for a better birth experience, proper pregnancy nutrition guidelines, along with an introduction to the Bradley Method®.
