With The Bradley Method® awesome birth experiences are the norm, mother and baby are healthier, and family bonds are strengthened.  This course will help you understand the birth process while building your confidence so that you can trust your body and its innate wisdom.  You will learn how excellent nutrition, specific exercises and relaxation will facilitate an efficient labor.  Husbands will learn how to support their wives during pregnancy and be advocates and coaches during labor and birth.  We will show videos of live births and discuss breastfeeding in depth.  With the small class size, you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. 

Classes will be held in Marietta, close to the Windy Hill and Delk Rd. Exits off I-75.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
