Welcome to Bradley® and congratulations on your pregnancy! As your teacher, it is my hope to educate you about the natural childbirth process and teach you to be an advocate for you and your baby.

Together we will learn about the importance of

·       proper nutrition

·       relaxation and exercises techniques to help assist with labor & birth

·       common medical practices during birth

·       how to write a birth plan

·       potential complications during labor and some safe alternatives

·       benefits of breastfeeding

Classes are 2 hours long; we meet once a week in South Austin. Class sizes are small. I have lots of visuals, games and videos. You gain tremendous confidence and knowledge that empowers you to make the best decisions for you and your family. You will also learn how to create a strong support system, everything new Mama’s and Daddy’s need! I welcome all couples and coaches, whether it be a spouse, significant other, best friend or family member.

My husband and I had our daughter using The Bradley Method® and it changed our life for the better. With the knowledge we gained we were able to give our daughter the birth she deserved. A natural, unmedicated birth.

I am available to share in my own experiences about a natural birth, safe co-sleeping, attachment parenting, baby wearing, baby sign language and breastfeeding.

Please contact me if you are interested. I can’t wait to start talking babies!! My favorite B’s are, babies, birthing and breastfeeding!

Frequently Asked Questions:

What do I need to bring? Wear comfortable clothes for some light exercises and relaxation, water to stay hydrated, 2 standard size pillows for our relaxation time and the student workbook, which you will receive in class 1.

Where are classes held? I teach out of my house in South Austin near Slaughter and Manchaca.

When should I begin? It is recommended to start around 25 weeks into your pregnancy, but no later than 30 weeks.

Is it okay if we have to miss a class? Yes, although it is best to attend classes weekly, I understand that life gets in the way (prior commitments, work functions, getting sick etc), so if you do need to miss a class, we can always find time to make up that session.
