I am a stay at home mother who feels blessed to have been able to give my children the best possible start in life – a natural, unmedicated birth.  I feel very fortunate to have had Bradley® training which empowered me and my husband to make educated decisions about our pregnancy, labor and delivery.  In July of 2006, we had our first child, a 10 pound 8 ounce boy with no pain medication.  In March of 2008, we welcomed a 7 pound 9 ounce girl again with no pain medication.  April 2010 brought our third child, a 9 pound 6 ounce boy via an emergency cesarean section due to a placental abruption.

I look forward to sharing my birth experience and knowledge and watching others learn and grow (mothers, quite literally).  I feel it will be a rewarding and fulfilling experience for all.  Taking this Bradley® class will increase any couple’s understanding of the birth process, alleviate anxieties about labor, boost their relationship and benefit their baby.

Each couple in my class will have the opportunity to:

·         Learn proper nutrition and exercise

·         Learn how to avoid unnecessary pain and handle positive pain (through relaxation and other methods)

I teach out of my home which is just south of Monroe and only eight miles from Toledo.  Classes are 12 weeks long and are limited to 8 couples.  The fee of $275 includes: a personal folder with class materials, access to my birth library and videos, as well a copy of the student workbook.

Please bring your enthusiasm, eagerness, questions, and two pillows to class.
