Welcome to our site. We are happy that you are taking the time to look into options for your family. We have been teaching The Bradley Method® of Husband Coached Childbirth for 8+ years now. We have 4 beautiful children, all born using this method with the assistance of Midwives. Our last 2 births were the most enjoyable because we got to bring a daughter and son into the world using a birth tub in the safety and security of our home. Both were amazing experiences that we love to share.

We teach the 12 week Bradley Method® series in Stephens City, Virginia. Classes are taught on weekday evenings and are small and personal.

Fee: $275.00 (+ $25 non-refundable deposit due to hold position in the class). Fee includes 2 hours of instruction a week, Student Workbook, handouts, and prizes. Plus access to our lending library, which include books and work out videos.

Classes are small (5-6 couples), with lots of individual attention, and are taught in the relaxed atmosphere. We teach about the natural process of birth as well as simple, practical techniques of relaxation and natural breathing. Coaches are taught how to support a mother in pregnancy and how to be her advocate and coach during labour and birth. We use lots of visual aids, games, role plays and videos. The goal of our class is to provide information and techniques that will assist you to make well informed choices in a fun and comfortable atmosphere. We also encourage all class members to sign up for a night where they can bring a healthy snack for all to enjoy.

By the end of the 12 weeks you and your partner will feel more confident, well prepared and educated for your birth (hospital, birth center, home, or wherever the baby decides) even in the event of complications.
