Congratulations on your pregnancy! We are so glad you have decided to learn more about Bradley Method® Childbirth Classes, and we thank you for your interest in having a safe, healthy, joyful, and empowering birth! We believe that natural childbirth creates an ideal beginning for families. We had our son in April 2005 at home after taking Bradley Method® classes. We received the training and education we needed to make informed decisions and to have the birth we wanted. We had our daughter in May 2008 and had another wonderful natural homebirth.

The Bradley Method® classes provide information to an expecting mother and her coach. Nutrition, exercise, pregnancy and labor interventions (and risks and benefits), labor rehearsals, writing a birth plan, and breastfeeding are all covered. We keep classes interesting and interactive, teaching the natural process of birth and how to avoid unnecessary pain and handle the hard work of labor. Husbands/coaches are taught how to support a mother during pregnancy and how to be her advocate during labor and birth. It is recommended that you start Bradley Method® classes when you are 5-6 months pregnant. The class fee includes a student workbook, all class materials, and access to our lending library. Classes are held once per week (Sunday evenings) in our home in |
Please call or e-mail us for more information or to make a reservation for an upcoming class.
