My husband & I have been blessed with 4 beautiful children. We have also been blessed to discover the Bradley® Method and experience birthing the Bradley® Way. We have had such joy with my Bradley® births and my husband & I have experienced such a bonding and strength in our marriage and family because of the natural birthing experience. We experienced such empowerment through our classes in the Bradley® Method. Through the Bradley® training we received as a couple, we had the tools and information we needed and confidence to do what was right for our baby and our family. We quickly realized that my body was designed for birthing, and my husband was such an integral part of the birthing process. Through our Bradley® training, we have been able to have the birthing experiences that we desired. I hope to pass along the same joy & confidence to you that we have experienced using the Bradley® Method. |
Classes held at my home in Allen. 469-774-6559 / intouchfertility@att.net I teach about the natural process of birth and share information on how to avoid unnecessary pain and ways to handle positive pain. Husbands are taught how to support the mother in pregnancy and how to be her advocate and coach during labor and birth. My husband helps teach the Coaching class to give another perspective of the birthing experience using the Bradley® Method. Classes are kept small (3 to 4 couples) to provide individual attention and group discussion, information for mother and coach on nutrition, exercise, labor & birth, relaxation practice, labor rehearsals, birth plans, coaches training & much more... |

| The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations. |
