Welcome to my website! I'm Jordan, a Navy wife and mom of two boys ages 2 and 6 months. My husband Stephen and I have been married for six wonderful years.


Ever since I first came across the phrase "natural childbirth" almost ten years ago, I have been passionate in educating myself about the benefits of labor and birth without drugs or intervention. I am especially excited now to be able to pass this knowledge on to other expectant couples.



The birth of my son in September of 2007 using The Bradley Method® was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. I was amazed at how well the techniques I learned in class prepared my husband and me, not only for the hard work of labor, but also with navigating through a hospital system that very rarely saw natural births. When we found out we were expecting number two, there was no question that we would use The Bradley Method® again. My second son made his arrival gently and peacefully in our living room with supportive caregivers all around.

 
My classes are:

My next class will start on Thursday, September 23rd* at 6:45 p.m. It is ideal for couples with December and January due dates. Classes are held in my home in Alexandria (in Hayfield Farm, near Kingstowne).  I currently have 2 spots available in this class.

*This class was previously scheduled to start on the 16th of September, however it has been changed due to unexpected family obligations.

The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
