Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am thrilled you are taking an interest in The Bradley Method®.
My goal is to give you all the information you need to make the best choices for your family as well as inspire you to “learn, grow and become skilled in nature’s birth process” (Hathaway). Through this, you can attain the type of birth experience you want. Classes are laid back and fun. We will discuss various topics including birth, nutrition, different stages of pregnancy, labor interventions, relaxation methods, breastfeeding, and writing a birth plan. We also will give training for coaches to help in the support of the laboring mother. We will practice our relaxation methods, watch birth videos and play games to test your knowledge.
