My husband and I have been married for 14 yrs and have three beautiful girls and welcomed baby Dylan into the world on March 12, 2010 here at home. Emma was a hospital birth with epidural (2003). Payten was born at a birth center with a midwife (2006). Ruby was born here at home (2007)! Emma was present at her sister's births and she loves talking about how she saw them come into this world and cut there umbilical cords. My husband and I believe there is nothing better than natural childbirth and with good nutrition (Brewer's Diet) and daily exercises, you can remain low risk and have the birth that you want.

Please give me a call to find out what day and time I have available for classes (private) or when I have a group class scheduled. My husband and I teach out of our house in Tehachapi. Children are always welcome. The following will be covered during class.............

4) Avoidance of drugs during pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding unless

absolutely necessary.

5) Relaxation and NATURAL breathing.

7) Immediate and continuous contact with your new baby.

8) Breastfeeding beginning at birth.

9) Consumerism and positive communication.

10) Parents taking responsibility for the safety of the birth place, procedures, attendants, and emergency back-up.

11) Parents prepared for unexpected situations such as emergency childbirth, and cesarean section.
