| Congratulations and Welcome! Pregnancy, labor and birth are an amazing journey, whether it is your first child or your tenth. These times begin your lifelong connection with your new child and will never be forgotten. Bradley Method® classes help ensure these times are safe, healthy, peaceful and joyful. My own birth experience was such a positive one, I have become a teacher to help more couples have the experience that they hope for. The process not only gave me the confidence and skills I needed to have the birth I wanted, but also laid the foundation for me to be the kind of parent I have wanted to be. In our culture, we often hear a lot of scary and negative messages about childbirth. But so much of what we hear is fear and misinformation. Let’s address these concerns together and prepare the way to have the safest, happiest and healthiest birth for you and your baby. |  |
| Classes are taught in Washington DC Capitol Hill area, metro accessible Sundays 3 pm to 5 pm Enrolling students for the following classes: no classes set at this time. please contact for private or small group classes. anticipate starting a regular series later this summer. Private and semi-private classes are available. Scholarships and alternative payment options are available. | |

| The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations. |
