Preparing for parenthood can be overwelming concidering all the choices that we have to make. I teach Childbirth education focused on natural, drug free birth and instictive parenting. My goals are for parents to appreciate that our bodies were designed to give birth without intervention, to birth without fear. To learn the tools in order to have a family centered birth and to learn about the abundant range of birth approaches. I am certain you will feel well prepared and inspired to begin this new adventure. Giving birth and becoming parents are amazing experiences. We go more in depth over the twelve weeks, we cover the main issues surrounding birth and newborns at an informational level. Parents have innate insticts that start from conception. Learning how to nurture those insticts is what it’s all about!

A LITTLE ABOUT ME: I have been married to my husband Jason for over 10 years. We have three beautiful babies. Noah was a Bradley® baby, born naturally in one of our local hospitals. Our Esther was born at home, and our sweet little Gideon was also born at home, in the water, into my anxiously waiting arms. I love birth and everything that comes with it. My latest birth once again validated all the reasons I love to teach and share what knowledge I have. The pregnancy and birth of our children is the highlight of our lives! We love being attached to our kiddos and cherish every moment! It is my honor to support a family as they prepare for Nurturing Birth and beyond!!
