| Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm glad you are being an advocate for your own natural childbirth. After a beautiful birth experience using The Bradley Method (R), I just knew that I needed to share what we had learned with more couples in our area. The birth of your child can be such an empowering experience for you and your husband if you learn the tools to let your body do its work. I am so excited that classes are now available in Waynesboro to better serve couples in the Harrisonburg, Staunton, and Charlottesville areas. |
| My classes offer a variety of fun interactive opportunities such as games with prizes and relaxation practices. Classes are also enhanced by the use of multiple DVD's and visual aids. Some of the topics covered in classes include the coach's role in labor, exercises to prepare your body for birth, ways to avoid unnecessary interventions during labor and birth, nutrition for pregnancy, and breastfeeding. The $250 fee will cover all 12 classes (approximately 2 hours each), additional refresher classes between class 12 and the arrival of your baby, the student workbook, a package of additional useful information and freebies, and the use of my lending library. When you come to class, you will want to bring a blanket and pillows for your own comfort and relaxation practices. |

| The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations. |
