| We are the proud parents of three beautiful little girls. For our first two births, we had taken the typical childbirth course offered by our hospital and thought we were well prepared for the natural birth we wanted, however we had really learned very little about the birth process, what is natural and normal, and especially about the use of interventions, reasons for their use, and their consequences. Our lack of knowledge resulted in the unnecessary use of interventions for those births. We were disappointed and knew there must be a better way. For our third birth, we sought information on how we could ensure the birth we had always wanted. Luckily, we found The Bradley Method®, and our third daughter was born naturally with no drugs or interventions. The experience was so positive and fulfilling that we decided to become teachers ourselves. Having experienced both medicated and natural childbirth, we hope to share our knowledge with others so they may avoid unnecessary interventions and have the best birth experience possible.

Our interactive classes provide information for the mother and husband/coach on nutrition, exercise, labor and birth, relaxation/comfort measures, labor rehearsals, birth plans, breastfeeding, infant care, birth videos, and much, much more. Class size is kept small to ensure individual attention. The $250 fee includes 12 classes, the Student Workbook, and all handouts and class materials. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot in class. Please see the current class schedule at the bottom of the page.

| The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations. |
