Having a child is a life changing experience. Shouldn't your childbirth education be up to the challenge? Let us help you prepare not only to give birth naturally, but also on becoming a family.
We had our beautiful Bradley Method ® birth in November 2008. With loving teamwork our son was born naturally without pain medication. It was, of course, love at first sight. Through the Bradley Method® classes, our family bonded and our parenting style was born. It was a beautiful beginning. We are excited to share Bradley® with you so that you have your own beautiful beginning. Tracy teaches our classes. However Christopher is always available to answer questions and to provide the husband's point of view. He will also attend your Bradley® graduation party.

What is in your birth plan? Classes in the Bradley Method® will educate you to have the healthiest pregnancy and the safest, most beautiful birth experience possible whether you are having a hospital, birth center, or home birth. Learn how to stay low risk and healthy during your pregnancy. Learn specific exercises and relaxation techniques that will facilitate an efficient labor. Learn how to minimize your risk of a cesarean section. Learn to work with your labor coach and have a rewarding birth experience. Learn how to give birth naturally without fear. Learn how to be a good consumer and advocate for the health and welfare of your family. Learn to work with your healthcare provider to make informed decisions. Our classes also cover fun labor rehearsals, role playing, informed consent, birth plans, and pros and cons of interventions to help couples have the birth experience of their choice. We also include information and the latestest research on post-partum care, newborn baby care, breastfeeding and an introduction to attachment parenting and baby wearing. You really get your money's worth out of Bradley® classes. A Bradley® class reunion party will also be scheduled so we can celebrate all the happy BIRTH-days! Many students make life long friendships as they transition into parenthood together. These small group classes include a student workbook, access to my lending library and videos, games and prizes, demonstrations, guest speakers (including other Bradley® parents sharing their birth stories) and discussion. Registering Now for August due dates and beyond. Space is limited so you and your coach get personal attention, so please do not delay. Summer classes fill up quickly! The Sunday series beginning June 20 is taught in a fun, comfortable class room located near Pine Island and McNab in Tamarac. Our Friday evening series are held in the relaxed atmosphere of a doctor's office (she's a Bradley® mother herself!) located in Ft Lauderdale.
Economic hardship discounts and scholarships are available. Please do not let financial concerns be a stumbling block.

| The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations. |
