The Bradley Method® of Husband Coached Childbirth® INTRODUCTION I have been a passionate natural birthing mom since 1998 when I gave birth to a 10 lb 5 oz baby boy. Since then I have had 7 lb twins and 4 more singleton children. I am currently 31 years old. Did you know that many moms actually describe their labor as pain free? Well that wasn't me, and yet I still enjoyed every single minute of it. I had normal healthy unmedicated childbirth thanks to the Bradley Method® I have now been teaching for 8 years and I have attended many births as a certified Bradley® doula. Learn to understand the process of labor and work with Mother Nature and not against her. TRAINED COACHES I simply cannot stress enough how important it is for you and your baby to avoid drugs and prepare for a natural birth as you would a 26K marathon. In addition, you need a well trained coach who can read your signals and give you water at just the right corner in the road along with meaningful words of encouragement. This process does not happen overnight but once you have mastered your skills; the benefits of this class will stay with you forever. Bradley® is more of a lifestyle than a method... Please consider yourself lucky to have stumbled onto it. |
CLASS INFORMATION Surely you have discovered by now that the classes are 12 amazing weeks of 2-3 hours of comprehensive education surrounding all aspects of pregnancy and birth. Classes Cost $300 (w/payments available). You will receive an official American Academy of Husband Coached Childbirth® Curriculum Workbook. I am also currently providing Bradley® Doula services/ or backup for dads (because even the best coaches need assistants). If you are planning on inviting someone to your birth, please try to bring them with you to as many classes as possible at no additional charge. Anyone who will witness your birth needs to be comfortable with the normalcy methods. I also strongly encourage you to purchase their official Bradley Method® Assistant Coaches Manual for an additional $20.00. They need to feel included and have a workbook of their own.

Please do not hesitate to email me... the sooner the better. Below are the next four class start dates which are subject to change slightly based on registered couple's due dates. Classes can only hold 8 couples so reserve your spot today. | The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations. |
