My husband and I took our first Bradley® class before the birth of our daughter. We learned a lot about ourselves through our birth and grew closer together as a couple and as parents.  I never could have done it without the support of Andy, and I know the joy that having your husband right there with you can bring.  Our daughter's birth was an experience that will be treasured forever and never forgotten.


Childbirth is a transforming experience in any couple's life.  It is an experience that you will relive every day for the rest of your life. As a Bradley® teacher, I will prepare you so that the decisions you make come from your heart. As you look back on your birth, I want you to see the joy and to feel the power of knowing that your birth was perfect for YOU!

  • How to stay Healthy and Low Risk
  • How to manage pain and avoid unnecessary pain
  • Relaxation Techniques 
  • The three Stages of Labor
  • Labor techniques and positions for optimal efficiency
  • Coaching
  • Hospital interventions and how to avoid unnecessary ones
  • Possible variations and complications
  • Postpartum care
  • Breastfeeding
  • Basic Newborn care
  • Communication skills
  • The beauty of the human body as it does what it was designed to do!

 My goals for each of my students are that they will walk away  having the confidence to trust their body, allowing the natural birth process to unfold, as well as feel equipped with information to make the best  decisions for their family and their birth. Your baby's birth should be one of the BEST day's of your life!


Remember, it is YOUR birth!!


Cost: $300 covers the entire course (24+ hours) plus The Bradley Method® Student Workbook, many handouts, and access to my  lending library. A $50 deposit will hold your space and is due upon registration.

The standard Bradley® series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Student Workbook is included in classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A coach card is also included. Your local Bradley® teacher is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
