Congratulations on your pregnancy!

The Bradley Method® is a practical, natural approach to childbirth emphasizing purposeful nutrition, targeted prenatal exercises, pain-reducing relaxation techniques, all underscored by the training of fathers as labor coaches.  Nearly 90% of Bradley students have achieved unmedicated births.

The key to successfully having a natural birth is preparation. Over the course of 12 classes,  students learn to stay low-risk, avoid an episiotomy, make informed medical decisions... all while gaining a thorough and confidence-building understanding of pregnancy, stages of labor, optimal birth positions,  breastfeeding and more
!

Bradley Class Night = Date Night! (There are several other dining and shopping establishments in close proximity, including the Exton Square Mall!)

*Please note that the $10-per-class tuition increase from previous classes is due to the rental fees associated with the easily-accessible, central location of this class. On the bright side, it will save gas money for many students compared to traveling to Coatesville!
