Congratulations on your pregnancy and for seeking a better way to birth! Births can truly be a wonderful and exciting experience. This 12-week series will help you achieve this by teaching techniques such as relaxation and natural breathing as well as nutrition and exercises.
My classes are two hours per week and it is recommended that you start by your 28th week. I keep the classes small (no more than five couples) full of games, videos and discussions not just lectures. I also welcome any support people like mothers or sisters to join the classes.
Also included is a reunion two to four weeks after all of the babies in your class have been born. We have lunch and share birth stories.
