Through The Bradley Method® classes you will find knowledge, empowerment, practical tools, and confidence as you near your baby's birth. Both you and your significant other will be able to learn how to prepare your body for birth, what to expect during birth, and how to make decisions about birth that are right for your family.
Wether this will be your first birth, your fifth birth, you had a difficult birthing experience in the past, or you found it difficult to get to this place of being pregnant, I believe you will feel welcomed, supported, and equipped through this class.
