Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy! I know that choosing a childbrith class and educator is a big decision. I'm happy that you are interested in taking classes in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth and honored that I'm being considered as your instructor.
Both of my boys (pictured at left) were born in the hospital using The Bradley Method®. I found that there is nothing like the feeling of working with your body to bring forth the birth of your baby! I was so impressed with the experience that I wanted to reach out to other parents to help them experience the wonder and fulfillment of true natural childbirth! Now 6 years later, I have helped educate over 130 couples in The Bradley Method® techniques.

Class Information
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with other couples who are seeking a better way to give birth. In my classes you will learn how to avoid unnecessary pain in labor by implementing simple and effective techniques such as deep relaxation and natural breathing. Classes encourage your full involvement in the choices made regarding pregnancy, labor, birth, and new family life. I cover all aspects of a normal healthy pregnancy, labor and birth, however, you will also feel well prepared and educated even in the event that complications arise.
Classes are held in the professional, yet comfortable atmosphere of my husband's chiropractic office located on Big Bend in Webster Groves. Class sizes are kept small - 3 to 6 couples - so that the concerns and questions from each couple can be adequately addressed, class members can feel comfortable discussing the somewhat personal topics, and everyone has plenty of room for relaxation practices and labor rehearsals.
I hold classes on Tuesday or Thursday evenings (see class schedule at bottom of page). Class start time is 6:30pm. We meet once a week for 2 - 2 1/2 hours a night for a total of 12 weeks. The cost for the 12 week session is $300 (payment in installments is accepted) and includes your student workbook, access to my lending library, and a plethera of handouts and video's.
