I am an independent Bradley Method instructor who is also the proud mom to four beautiful ‘Bradley’ babies of my own.  I owe my wonderful un-medicated births to the Bradley classes I took as a student when pregnant with my first baby.  I was first attracted to The Bradley Method? preparation because of it's 'common sense' approach to working WITH your body to avoid unnecessary pain during labor.  Now I am dedicated to help as many couples as possible learn how to give birth naturally and joyfully!  My classes follow the standard 12-week series.

My classes are held about 5 minutes from Concord Mills Mall and Lowe's Motor Speedway. This location is convenient to much of the Charlotte, NC Metro area.  Classes meet weekly on Thursday or Sunday evenings, 7-9 pm (see schedule below - dates may shift slightly, so email/call for most recent info).

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and my classes do tend to fill.  Be sure to contact me as early as possible to complete your registration.  Space is limited to 8 couples to ensure individualized attention.  Free 'Healthy Pregnancy Classes' are also occasionally available, covering basic information about The Bradley Method? and important nutrition and exercises for early pregnancy.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
