Hello and welcome to my little website :) My name is Tammy and I am a teacher of The Bradley Method®. I became a teacher because of my personal birth experiences.
My first child was a very medically managed pregnancy & birth that ended up in a c/section with complications for both myself and my son. Because of the complications, not knowing where my support was, or having the knowledge I needed; my son and I endured a rough start including giving up on breastfeeding.
After all these complications I just knew there had to be a better way. When I become pregnant with my daughter, I did a lot of research and through this, I found The Bradley Method®.
After taking all the classes and learning about natural birth I went on to have a completely natural Bradley birth (VBAC; vaginal birth after c/section) and breastfed successfully.

I give a lot of credit to The Bradley Method® for teaching me and my coach (my mom!) what we needed to know so that I could have the birth I wanted with my daughter. My mom has became a big supporter of The Bradley Method® :-)

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
