My name is Denise Magee and I have been teaching The Bradley Method® for over 30 years.  I teach in my home in Redwood City.  I have four children.  I went through all of my labors using The Bradley Method® of natural childbirth. Being able to learn how to relax purposely and keeping in mind I would be meeting my baby soon were very helpful.
 
My classes are small allowing time to answer questions and effectively teach about the natural process of childbirth.  I use DVD's to enhance the class as well as classroom activities.  Topics in class include exercise, nutrition, the labor process, relaxation, labor rehearsal, partners role, variations in childbirth, post-partum, newborn care and breastfeeding.  Small classes allow for individual attention to both mothers and partners.  Classes are offered in person only.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
