Congratulations on your pregnancy and upcoming birth as well as becoming a family of 1 more.
Classes are taught in my Chiropractors office in Tempe, AZ
on Sunday nights @ 3pm & 6:30pm
Class is located on Southern just east of the 101 freeway at my Chiropractors office.
This location is easily accessible to those in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Maricopa and the West Valley.
Class lasts 1.5 - 2.5 hours depending on the topics covered and questions asked.
My classes encourage your full participation in the choices made
regarding pregnancy, labor, birth and family life.
You and your coach
will feel well prepared and educated even in the event of complications.
Your classes will teach you skills that you can use during labor and
beyond into your every day life.
My classes max out with 4-6 couples. This allows individual attention
as well as the peer support that a new family is looking for.
I teach about the natural process of birth and share information on
how to avoid unnecessary pain and ways to handle positive pain.
Coaches
are taught how to support a mother in pregnancy, how to be her
advocate and coach during labor and birth as well as how to support her through breastfeeding.
My classes are video enriched with current, up to date videos for each class with a short discussion and time for questions.
Your class tuition covers:
- Full 12 week class
- Your digital workbook
- Breastfeeding support after your baby is born, in the hospital or your home
- Access to me via email, text and phone
- All
materials handed out in class
- use of my lending library
- Guest speakers when available
- All labor rehearsals
- Massage tools and other prizes handed out throughout the course
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold your space. Your deposit can be paid via PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.
The remaining balance can be paid the first night of class.
