I teach classes out of my home in the Marietta area of Jacksonville, FL. Classes usually run about 2.5 hours in length. Throughout the series, a typical class will involve discussing information in the student workbook, doing a learning activity, and spending the end of class learning about relaxation techniques and doing labor rehearsals. Couples often really enjoy the community that develops between classmates and practicing relaxation at the end of class.
My classes cost $395, which includes the cost of the student workbook. I make myself available for any questions/support via phone, text, and email throughout the series and all the way through the students' labors and deliveries. I also offer a complimentary postpartum visit, which can be very helpful for couples to process their birth experiences and to ask any questions that they may have. I have also enjoyed helping many moms with breastfeeding during this visit.
