Congratulations on your pregnancy! I am thrilled you are researching your natural childbirth options!
course in childbirth will provide you with easy, practical techniques of
relaxation and natural breathing in order to avoid unnecessary pain in labor.
These classes also provide you with all of the information needed to make
educated choices in your pregnancy, labor, birth, and family life. After taking
the twelve week course, you and your partner will be prepared for the upcoming
events, even if complications arise. Your partner will benefit especially from
classes as The Bradley Method® takes the mystery out of pregnancy and childbirth and
provides him with the confidence needed to become an active participant. The
skills that you will learn together can be applied to labor, birth, and your
everyday life as a new family.
It is suggested
that you begin classes when in your fifth or sixth month of pregnancy in order
to complete the full 12-week session. You are an obstetrical athlete and will
need the full amount of time to practice and prepare for the upcoming Birth-Day!
