I recommend starting my classes by your 25th week of pregnancy in order to achieve the most maximum benefit. Classes are 2 hours long and include a different topic each week, as well as videos and handouts, exercise demonstrations, and relaxation exercises. Class sizes are kept small to allow for plenty of individual attention and time for questions/discussion. For more information on topics covered, see Course Content.
The price for the course is $400. The cost covers all class materials including a workbook, notebook and handouts, as well as access to my lending library (books and DVDs). I will also be available for phone and/or email consultation should you have questions at any time.
