Join me in a friendly, comfortable classroom space while we learn and practice techniques that will help you achieve a natural childbirth.
Classes are held once a week in my classroom conveniently located at 696/Van Dyke.
Classes are capped at 6 couples, allowing for a more tailored experience and one-on-one time.
Topics will include nutrition in pregnancy, stages of labor, coaching practice, breastfeeding, and much more.
Class fee is $400.00.
A $75.00 non-refundable deposit, due at the time of registration, will hold your spot and purchase your e-workbook login credentials. The remaining balance will be due at Class 1.
The cost will include:
-Student e-workbook and folder
- 24 hours minimum of training
-Access to my lending library
-Access to the student website and supplemental videos
-Teacher support during and after your pregnancy
-"Refresher" courses as needed for any future pregnancies will be scheduled as needed with a $10/per class fee
Please dress comfortably and bring two pillows for relaxation practices covered weekly.
