I am the mother of three Bradley® Babies. During the pregnancy of our first child, we signed up for a Bradley Method® Childbirth Education class and it completely changed our outlook on birth. 

We learned and practiced a variety of tips, skills and techniques such that by the end of the class we not only felt prepared, we felt confident that we could handle anything that labor and birth could throw our way (and it did).

When our son was born we were ecstatic about how well the techniques worked and how well prepared we were. Despite some of the challenges we faced, the birth of our son was a very pleasant, memorable and empowering experience. 


Today, I am a Certified Bradley Method® Instructor of more than 16 years (2006) I also hold a Birth & Postpartum Doula certification (2007), a Spinning Babies certification (2018), have attended numerous continuing education workshops and conferences (at least bi annually), regularly attend births (home, hospital and birth center), as well as regular conversations with Doulas, Nurses and I have sat at the feet of Midwives learning birth for over 13 years. I have an insatiable desire to learn and a profound love of Birth. 


My learning and experience has shaped a well rounded understanding of Birth and total respect the various choices of birthing experiences that families explore. During our time together I will provide you with information that covers healthy pregnancy through postpartum, helping you shape your birth experience with informed decisions, applicable skills and effective techniques.   

Teaching The Bradley Method® has been a great joy and I continue to have a passion for helping families get prepared for one of the best days of their lives! My class is helpful for families of varying backgrounds, family structures, circumstances and choices in birth, including location (home, birth center or hospital). Join us for our next class on Sundays and Wednesdays

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
