Congratulations on your pregnancy!
This is an absolutely amazing journey you are on, and I would be thrilled to help you prepare for a natural labor and birth for your baby.
I am happy to take students outside my locale for virtual classes, though the directory is limited to Idaho and Montana. This means that if you cannot find a teacher in your area, you are welcome to contact me to join a scheduled class no matter where you live in the United States.
The Spring 2024 series will begin April 22nd, and is for babies due August-October 2024!
The Summer 2024 series will begin August 5th, and is for babies due November 2024-January 2025!
The class is hosted via Zoom, but please note the start time is MST if you are registering from another time zone. If you are outside my time zone, the class will accommodate with a suitable/modified start time so everyone can participate.
Couples
or mother-coach pairs (whether coach is the mother's mom, sister, aunt, cousin,
friend, doula) are encouraged to plan to attend a class series that begins by the start of the last trimester, or at five months, if possible.
If the start of a class doesn't fall right in this time frame, no worries! Refresher classes from the end of the series
until the birth of the baby are complimentary. And if you want to take a class and will be closer to 28-30 weeks when the next series starts, please consider that the information and skills you will gain in class, even if you end up not being able to complete the series, is highly beneficial and better for you and your baby than not taking the class at all.
With regards to class scheduling, it is highly encouraged that you make it a priority. Consider putting other evening activities that may fall on the class day on hold or rescheduling them, if possible, for the weeks needed to prepare for the labor and birth of your child. You will only be pregnant with this baby once, and the occasion deserves all the attention you can give.
For
experienced Bradley® couples (those with at least one prior completed class
series for another baby), I offer the series at half the cost plus the registration fee. Each baby
deserves a healthy gestation and a prepared, relaxed mother and coach. Give your baby the gift of a natural birth!
If you would like to have a personal reference on previous students' experiences with this class and the Bradley Method®, please don't hesitate to ask. There are many couples who are more than happy to share with expecting parents their thoughts and experiences!
